Our Rent to Own Program is Flexible and Easy to use.  Offering multiple term options from 12-48 months,  gives customers the opportunity to find a storage solution within their budget and on their timeframe. Owning a storage contianer has never been easier! 

NO CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED

•  Down Payments- 10% Down Payment with in 100 Miles of Elizabeth City, 20% Down Payment, if over 100 Miles or Container delivered to a property you rent or 25% Down Payment, if purchasing 2 or more containers. 
•  Customer may put extra money down to lower their payment. 
• Early Payoff Discount Available 
• You select 12, 24, 36, or 48-month terms
• Pay by Autopay
• Ability to add Liabilty Damage Waiver for $8 a month - Which  is protection to the building when something happens to it out of your control. Doesn't protect the contents of the building, just the building itself. The Liability Damage Waiver covers you for the total remaining balance of your contract. 

YOU WILL OWN THE CONTAINER  ONCE THE TERM IS COMPLETED!
